Read over, sign, and have your parents sign the class contract rint out and have your parents sign the Film Permission Slip, sign them and return them by Tuesday. Over the course of the semester each student is required to do 3 out of class participation forms each semester. These do not count for events you are required to do (e.g. football players going to a football game). the rules are here HOC description. Remember two are school events supporting your peers and the third is a historical visit with pictures and a paragraph about the experience. |

Finish your Progressive Project and be ready to present Characters be dressed (head to toe) and be prepared to give a speech (no longer than 90 seconds) presenting who you are and what you're looking for in a candidate for the next class. (You will turn it in). Candidates dress (upper half at least) and be prepared to give a brief speech (no longer than 90 seconds) introducing yourself and explaining your viewpoint on one of your key issues. The Campaign Managers will give a 20-second speech introducing their character candidate speech. The campaign team makes ads and hangs them in the classroom before class. Also, be prepared to have a commercial on Day 2. |
